Printed on durable 330gsm PVC banner material with a matt greyback finish, this roller banner delivers vibrant, professional visuals while effectively blocking light for crisp, eye-catching graphics. The PET base material, laminated with a white printable PVC layer, ensures the banner stays flat and resists curling over time.
Your artwork is produced using an advanced Vutek EFI Q3R press, delivering sharp text, smooth gradients, and exceptional clarity at resolutions of up to 1200 DPI.
The banner is housed in a sleek, pre-fitted aluminium cassette and includes a bungee pole and swing-out feet for added stability. Lightweight at just 3kg, it’s easy to transport and can be assembled in under two minutes, making it perfect for frequent use.
Each roller banner is supplied with a protective carry case and simple assembly instructions, so you’re ready to set up and display with minimal effort.

Quantity

    To ensure the best possible print quality, please set up your artwork using the specifications below. Files that do not meet these requirements may result in delays or unexpected print results.

    Artwork Size

    • Document size (including bleed): 2006mm × 806mm

    Resolution

    • Minimum resolution: 300 dpi

    File Format

    • Accepted formats: PDF or JPEG

    Colour Mode

    • CMYK only

    • RGB and Pantone colours will be automatically converted to CMYK during proofing, which may cause colour variations.

    Fonts

    • All fonts must be outlined or fully embedded to prevent font substitution issues.

    Bleed

    • 3mm bleed on all sides

    • Please do not include printer marks or crop marks.

    Safe Zone

    • Keep all important text and logos at least 3mm inside the finished edge to avoid trimming issues.

    Cassette Allowance

    • No additional artwork, spacing, or adjustments are required for the cassette area.

    • This will be automatically applied during our production workflow.

    Final Check

    Before uploading, please ensure:

    • Artwork is supplied at the correct size

    • Images are high resolution

    • Colours are set to CMYK

    • Fonts are outlined or embedded
